ResearchLinkAI is an intelligent research service platform connecting academic research demand parties with domain experts, providing services such as demand publishing, intelligent matching, online communication, and transaction management.
The platform itself does not directly provide academic services but acts as a bridge between demand parties and experts to facilitate efficient and compliant academic collaboration.
02 — Account Management
Registration — Users must complete registration via WeChat authorization and ensure that all provided information is true and accurate.
Security — Users should properly safeguard account information; losses caused by improper management shall be borne by the user.
Deactivation — Users may apply to deactivate their accounts at any time. After deactivation, data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
03 — Expert Certification
Vetted Experts must submit authentic academic CVs or relevant qualification proofs, which will be strictly reviewed by the platform.
Experts must ensure that the service content they provide is authentic and professional, with no false advertising allowed.
Review results will be displayed in the personal center. Those who fail the review may reapply after supplementing materials.
04 — Academic Integrity
Academic Integrity is the insurmountable bottom line of the platform. Users must strictly abide by the following regulations when using platform services:
Strictly prohibited are ghostwriting, buying/selling degree theses, academic fraud, and other behaviors violating academic ethics.
Fabricating or tampering with experimental data or research findings is strictly prohibited.
Plagiarizing others' academic achievements, ghost submission, fake peer review, and improper authorship are strictly prohibited.
The platform encourages legitimate academic services such as legal academic consulting, methodology guidance, and Data Analysis tutoring.
Violators of these regulations are subject to immediate service termination and account banning, and the platform reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
05 — Transaction Rules
Service content and pricing are negotiated between the demand party and the expert; the platform provides communication and transaction guarantees.
For disputes arising from transactions, the platform will assist both parties in negotiation and resolution.
06 — Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights for content published by users on the platform belong to the original authors.
Without authorization, no one may reproduce or copy content from the platform for commercial purposes.
07 — Disclaimer
The platform only provides information matching services and does not guarantee the specific quality of services provided by experts.
The platform assumes no responsibility for service interruptions caused by force majeure.
Consequences caused by user violations of this agreement or relevant laws and regulations shall be borne by the user.
08 — Agreement Modification
The platform reserves the right to modify this agreement as needed. The modified agreement will be published on the platform. Continued use of platform services constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
